THE PROBLEMS
A major retail chain was up against the end of the fiscal year and a large project manager was unable to deliver on scheduled timeline.
1. The project consisted of 823 stores in need of LED light upgrades across the United States.
2. The large project manager could not get materials in time and therefore needed an extension
3. The money would not be available for the project in a month when the project requester turned to a new fiscal year.

3. All 823 stores were upgraded across 19 US states, and paperwork submitted within 3 weeks to meet the required fiscal deadline
