KYLE MAYFIELD

Kyle Mayfield is a former US Army Infantry Officer and US Army Ranger School Instructor with over 15 years of leadership experience. In the private sector, Kyle served as a contract construction Project Manager and consultant for the largest C-store chain in the world. Kyle led programs entailing every aspect of client construction including, New Construction, Equipment Roll-outs, Proactive Facilities Maintenance Programs, Tenant Improvement Remodels, Test Projects, and Fuel Compliance projects. Kyle was responsible for managing the program timeline, cost, quality, and risk mitigation for the client HVAC and LED Retrofit programs worth $35M annually and over 1200 total projects. In addition, Kyle has successfully managed over 500 Fuel Environmental Compliance upgrades, and 250 renovations and new construction jobs from pre-construction to project completion and close-out. Kyle has a Bachelor of Science from the US Military Academy at West Point.

BRANT CRANDALL

VP of Operations

Brant Crandall is a former US Army Air Defense Artillery and Special Forces Officer with over 18 years of leadership experience. In the private sector, Brant served as an employer benefit consultant and sales producer for one of the top three largest insurance brokerage firms in the world. During his time as a consultant, he consulted on almost $10M in annual employee benefits. Brant co-founded a translation business in 2021 that serves Fortune 500 companies. Brant has a Bachelor of Science with a focus in Environmental Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point and is currently working on his Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University.
